The main purpose of this machine is to cut large pieces of meat/fish/poultry into smaller portions for further cooking. The design of the bone saw consists of a frame, a work table, an electric motor, a tension device and a knife. The latter includes a wheel, which continuously rotates the bone saw blade. The wheel is mounted on the motor shaft and is fixed to the tensioner. The operator selects the thickness of sawing and gently pushes away from himself to slice the product.
