APACH 700 SERIES BOILING PAN GAS APKG-77

APACH 700 SERIES BOILING PAN GAS APKG-77 is designed for cooking soups and stews as well as for large quantity liquid heating and boiling. The boiling pan uses an indirect heating system that provides uniform heating without burning the product. The safety valve avoids overpressure of the steam jacket for the safe operation of the unit. The balanced AISI 304 stainless steel lid ensures minimal loss of steam and heat. The boiling pan is equipped with a valve for hot and cold water refilling, a drain tap for discharging food, and a burner with a self-stabilizing flame and piezo-electric ignition. The unit is supplied on adjustable feet. The pan is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with the bottom in AISI 316 for greater corrosion resistance.
