APACH 700 SERIES BAIN-MARIE APBE-47T is used for keeping various ready meals hot before serving in canteens, cafes, restaurants, hotels. The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The 26 L stainless steel AISI 304 tank has dimensions 310x510x160 mm and is suitable for GN 1/1 gastronorms. Electric heating armoured stainless steel elements are placed on the external bottom of the tank and controlled by a thermostat. The maintained temperature ranges from 30 to 90 °C.
