This unit allows chefs to boil, fry, grill, and more. The range features one carbon steel cooking plate (15 mm thickness) that has 4 heating zones (2.25 kW each) powered with independent control. The temperature of each zone ranges from 450°С (in the centre) to 200°С (on the sides), this allows simultaneous cooking at different temperature levels.
