APACH 700 SERIES 6 BURNERS RANGE GAS APRG-117P is an essential piece of cooking equipment for any catering establishment. A large number of burners allows the cook to increase their production capacity. The removable burners in enamelled cast iron and the brass burner caps of 7 kW each have a horizontal self-stabilizing flame. The pilot flame is protected inside the main burner. The placement of the burners allows using pans up to 38 cm in diameter. The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The unit features a watertight pressed worktop and six removable cast-iron grates with a size of 335x300 mm. The gas range comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet.
