APACH 700 SERIES FRY TOP ELECTRIC APTE-47PR

APACH 700 SERIES FRY TOP ELECTRIC APTE-47PR is used in catering establishments for cooking meat, fish, vegetables and more directly on the heating surface. The unit has one ribbed cooking surface (15 mm thickness) with 1 heating zone 350x570 mm powered by armoured stainless steel electric heating elements. A gentle slope of the cooking plate facilitates cleaning operations and discharge of grease into a removable stainless steel collector with a capacity of up to 2 liters. 3 mm stainless steel splash guards on the rear and sides of the cooking surface protect the walls from splashes. The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The fry top comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet. The unit has dimensions of 400х700х850. It is powered by 400 V. Maximum power consumption does not exceed 4 kW. The total weight is 53 kg.
