APACH 900 SERIES 6 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRE-129FEM is designed for cooking various dishes in cooking plates, and also for baking of gastronomic dishes, confectionery and bakery products in the built-in oven. 6 square cast iron hotplates with different power (4х3 kW+2х4 kW) come with the oven. The hotplates are hermetically mounted in the cooking surface made of stainless steel AISI 304 and have special edges for collecting liquid. Each hotplate is equipped with overheat protection and a 6-position thermostat for optimal heating level control. Electric oven maxi with chamber dimensions: 1000x695x290 mm and capacity of 10 kW. The electromechanical control panel is located under the cooking surface on the front panel of the equipment, and it is equipped with heating indicators for each hotplate. The oven heating elements are located both at the top and at the bottom of the cooking chamber, which allows to achieve even cooking. Sealed molded tabletop. Rapidly heating cast iron hotplates of 230х230 mm with overheat protection. 6 heating levels. Light indicator of hotplate state. Adjustable legs.
