APACH 900 SERIES BOILING PAN ELECTRIC APKE-89 150L is designed for cooking soups and stews as well as for large quantity liquid heating and boiling. The boiling pan uses an indirect heating system that provides uniform heating without burning the product. The safety valve avoids overpressure of the steam jacket for the safe operation of the unit. The balanced AISI 304 stainless steel lid ensures minimal loss of steam and heat. The boiling pan is equipped with a valve for hot and cold water refilling and a drain tap for discharging food. The heating power is adjusted by a 4-position switch. The unit is supplied on adjustable feet. The pan is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with the bottom in AISI 316 for greater corrosion resistance.
