APACH 900 SERIES FRY TOP ELECTRIC APTE-89PLR

APACH 900 SERIES FRY TOP ELECTRIC APTE-89PLR is used in catering establishments for cooking meat, fish, vegetables and more directly on the heating surface. The unit has one mixed (2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed) cooking surface with 2 independent heating zones powered by armoured stainless steel electric heating elements. The hotplate size is 780х720 mm, and the thickness is 15 mm. A gentle slope of the cooking plate facilitates cleaning operations and discharge of grease into a removable stainless steel collector with a capacity of up to 2 liters. 3 mm stainless steel splash guards on the rear and sides of the cooking surface protect the walls from splashes. The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The fry top comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet. Fry top has dimensions: 800x900x850 mm. Power: 12 kW, voltage: 400 V.
