APACH 900 SERIES PASTA COOKER ELECTRIC APPE-89P — an electric floor pasta cooker for boiling pasta and it can also be used for cooking ravioli, dumplings, vegetables or eggs. The model is equipped with two 40 litre sinks. It is perfect for large catering stands. Safe operation is ensured by the thermostat that will block the equipment when the water level is below the permissible preventing the heating elements from burning out. The pasta cooker housing is made of stainless steel. Two sinks of 40 l provide variability when placing the cooking baskets which are purchased separately depending on a particular establishment.
