APACH CONVECTION OVEN AD46M allows you to get high-quality bakery or confectionery products using the combination of convection and steam. It is perfect for restaurants, cafes, canteens, bakery, etc. Uniform heating is provided due to the fan, which distributes the hot air inside the chamber. Due to this convection, you can achieve an even crust and browning of baked products.
