APACH 700 SERIES PASTA COOKER ELECTRIC APPE-77P should be positioned on the floor of the kitchen and can be used to prepare dough products.
The housing is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and meets all the standards and hygiene regulations for professional kitchen equipment. The sink of the cooker is made out of high-alloy steel AISI 316, which resistant to corrosion. The volume of the sink is 40 l. The vessel has high strength and durability, and the rounded corners make it easy to clean. High-performance heating elements made out of stainless steel are located inside the sink and contribute to the heating of the water. A closed cabinet with double doors is located under the pasta cooker. It is used for storing ready-to-boil products. This model is controlled with an electromechanical panel, which consists of two rotary switches (thermostat and timer) and two light indicators. The pasta cooker is equipped with an automatic temperature limiter to prevent overheating.
The pasta cooker has dimensions of 700х700х850. It is powered by 400 V. Maximum power consumption is 9 kW. The total weight of the equipment is 48 kg.
