APACH 900 SERIES 2 HOTPLATES ELECTRIC APRE-49P of floor type is designed for cooking, frying and other types of heat treatment of food. It has 2 square hotplates with a capacity of 3 kW hermetically mounted in the open surface of the stove. Under the cooking surface of the stove, there is a control panel with an indicator of hotplate heating. Each burner has an overheat protection and a thermostat with 6 steps allowing you to choose an optimal temperature with a certain step. The rugged housing is made of stainless steel AISI 304 with rounded edges to collect excess liquid on the sides of the cooking surface. The oven can be purchased separately if required.
