APACH 900 SERIES 2 HOTPLATES ELECTRIC APRE-49QP– an electric grove designed for cooking various food products. This model is built with two low hot plates, which enable the cook to move the gastronorms around. An easy-to-use electromechanical control panel with heating indicators is located under the cooking surface. Each hotplate has the power of 3 kW and is equipped with a 6-step thermostat and overheating protection. The cooking surface of the stove is equipped with special edges for collecting excess liquid. The body of the stove is made out of stainless steel AISI 304. The oven is not included. Dimensions declared by the manufacturer are 400×900×850 mm. The maximum temperature is 290 degrees.
