APACH 900 SERIES 6 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRE-129FE contains an oven. The hotplates are hermetically mounted on the cooking surface made of stainless steel AISI 304 and have special edges for collecting liquid. Each hotplate is equipped with overheat protection and a 6-position thermostat for optimal heating level control. The electromechanical control panel is located under the cooking surface and is equipped with heating indicators for each hotplate.
