APACH 900 SERIES FRY TOP ELECTRIC APTE-49PL

APACH 900 SERIES FRY TOP ELECTRIC APTE-49PL is used in catering establishments for cooking meat, fish, vegetables and more directly on the heating surface. The unit has one smooth cooking surface 380x720 mm (15 mm thickness) with 1 heating zone powered by armoured stainless steel electric heating elements. A gentle slope of the cooking plate facilitates cleaning operations and discharge of grease into a removable stainless steel collector with a capacity of up to 2 liters. 3 mm stainless steel splash guards on the rear and sides of the cooking surface protect the walls from splashes. The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The fry top comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet. Fry top has dimensions: 400х900х850 mm. Power: 6 kW, voltage: 400 V. The cooking surface is flat.
