APACH 700 SERIES FRY TOP ELECTRIC APTE-77TLR

APACH 700 SERIES FRY TOP ELECTRIC APTE-77TLR is used in catering establishments for cooking meat, fish, vegetables and more directly on the heating surface. The unit has one mixed (smooth and ribbed) cooking surface with 2 independent heating zones powered by armoured stainless steel electric heating elements. The hotplate size is 650x570 mm, and the thickness is 15 mm. A gentle slope of the cooking plate facilitates cleaning operations and discharge of grease into a removable stainless steel collector with a capacity of up to 2 liters. 3 mm stainless steel splash guards on the rear and sides of the cooking surface protect the walls from splashes. The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The fry top has dimensions of 700х700х250. It is powered by 400 V. Maximum power consumption does not exceed 8 kW. The total weight is 65 kg.
